I am a retired physical therapist and was a senior lecturer in physical therapy at the Caledonia University in Scotland.

I had the misfortune of having to go through a double hip replacement procedure before Ewa went into practice for herself. Based on my past experience working with recovery patients, my expectations going into surgery was that I would have to face a long and hard recovery time.

Ewa worked with me closely post surgery and was absolutely amazing!… I was walking unassisted after only 3 weeks!…. Yes, I give a lot of credit to my surgeon for a great procedure, but Ewa made it happen….when I walked into DR. Chris Cox’s office without crutches for my first post surgery visit his jaw almost hit the floor!

Not only was Ewa very professional in her approach, but she drove me hard to a fast recovery with superb technique while ensuring I was completely safe in doing so. She has this wonderful ability to make you feel completely relaxed around her with her caring attitude and light hearted sense of humor which I feel is just as important for patient recovery.

That being said, she took a non nonsense stand with me which was exactly what I needed, since physical therapists often make rotten patients!…

I am a professional counselor/consultant who spends a lot of time sitting and advising people on stressful situations. When I am unable to exercise, the tension builds up into muscle spasm in my back. Recently I sought help from my physician who prescribed muscle relaxant medication and recommended I see Ewa Zaborowski.

The initial session was focused on a thorough history and examination. Her use of heat and massage with selective stretching exercises gave me immediate relief.

The combination of my stretching routine two to three times daily provided a marked improvement in my muscle spasm with a return to the flexibility and correct posture which I had lost many year ago. More importantly, Ewa described the goal of each exercise in a way which I can utilize in continuing to perfect my routine. I am now two months after the six sessions and I can do all of the athletics/physical challenges which caused painful spasm in the past.

I would recommend Ms. Zaborowski for her supportive and professional approach. As a physician, I learned a wealth of understanding and technique that will stand by me forever – all from a very kind and personable professional.
